We DO NOT Crack:

Rancid, Wet or Moldy Pecans,

Pecans with Husk Attached, Pecan Husks, Partially Cracked Pecans, Leaves, Stems, Sticks, Rocks, Gravel, Dirt, Dirt Clods, Nails, Screws, Bolts or Bearings!!!

WE ONLY CRACK PECANS

Dropping off pecans for 
cracking &/or shelling and
accepting your claim ticket implies:
 That you have read and agree to our “Cracking Policy”.
 
We do not understand why you would want to contaminate your pecans meats with anything other than shell but must insist on this policy to help create a better and safer end product for you.
As well as limit the damage/wear & tear to our expensive equipment.

Pecan Cracking Only                                $0.75 / Lb.

Pecan Blowing Only                                   $0.60 / Lb.

Save Shells (Not Available)    

Overweight Bag Fee                              $10.00 / Bag

Charged for Each Bag Over 50 lbs. (max 70 lbs.)                       

Debris/Trash Removal

(Subject to Approval for Additional Fee)

Blowing to Remove Debris                      $0.50 / Lb.

Hand Clean Debris                                     $0.50 / Lb.

REJECTION FEE                          $10.00 / Order

We reserve the right to reject any customers pecans for any reason and request that you bring in only clean pecans for processing.

Shell Saving Policy:

We DO NOT return the individual orders shells.

If that is an issue for you, you may wish to take them somewhere else to be shelled.

You do get virtually all your shells back for “Cracked Only” orders.

Debris/Trash Removal Policy:

We receive many orders with exceptionally large amounts of trash, debris, bad pecans, husks, grass, twigs, sticks, rocks, dirt & dirt clods, etc…

These items are not good for our machines, processing or finished product.

Therefore we have been forced to adopt a “Pecan Cracking Policy” to help minimize the time it takes to process, the wear & tear on the machines and the quality of the finished product that we return to you.

A cleaning station is outside to assist you in cleaning out your pecans.

It may be used for light weight debris such as twigs, leaves & light sand/dirt…

And for heavy debris such as rocks, clods, large sticks, pecan with the husks attached… you must visually inspect and hand remove those.

We reserve the right to reject any customers pecans for processing for any reason & request that you bring in only clean pecans for processing.
